Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Louisville, KY)

Cedar Iron Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Louisville, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
