Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Las Vegas, NV)

Bright Ivory Banking Services is a regional lender in Las Vegas with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of about 651 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
