Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Kansas City, MO)

Bluepeak Harbor Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Kansas City area. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with network equipment.
