Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Energy is an energy provider in Kansas City focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
