Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Ashton Legal Group provides legal services in Jacksonville across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about intake forms. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Basic SEO knowledge.
