Clearpath Juniper Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Houston with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about procurement. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
