Clearpath Thistle Insurance Partners sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Hartford, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Basic SEO knowledge.
