Lumen Quill Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Hartford serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge.
