Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Ivory Energy and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage response. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
