Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Orchard Transit Planning Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ridership counts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
