Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood West Arts Center is an arts centre in Fort Worth with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ticketing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
