Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit North Housing and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about lease compliance. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
