Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Quarry Arts Center Partners and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ticketing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
