Stonegate Summit Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
