Northwind Rook Housing manages affordable housing communities across Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
