Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Cleveland, OH)

Rivermark Pike Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Cleveland and nearby communities, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts.
