Redstone Ashton Civic Services works with county and city offices around Charlotte. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about case files. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Basic SEO knowledge.
