Highbridge Ivory Civic Services works with county and city offices around Boston. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about budget submissions. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
