Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Boise, ID)

Cedar Birch Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Boise serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Basic SEO knowledge.
