Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Sable Community Partners and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people based in Boise. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about food distribution. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
