Westbrook Fox Insurance is an insurance company in Albuquerque with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
