Senior Content Writer - newsletters (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Junction Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Wichita area, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter reading. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
