Senior Content Writer - newsletters (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Orchard Civic Services supports public agencies in Tucson with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about permits. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
