Amberfield Rowan Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Tampa working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fare systems.
