Nova Mill Transit Planning Group is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on newsletters for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Basic SEO knowledge.
