Highbridge Fern Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on newsletters for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
