Senior Content Writer - newsletters (San Jose, CA)

Lumen Keystone Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around San Jose, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about hardship programmes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Basic SEO knowledge.
