Fernwood Lakeside Transit Planning Partners helps transport agencies around San Antonio design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on newsletters. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
