Senior Content Writer - newsletters (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Oak Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around San Antonio. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
