Foxglove Maple Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on newsletters. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with policy renewals.
