Cedar Umber Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Rochester, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about deposit accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge.
