Nova Drift Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Rochester with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 175 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Basic SEO knowledge.
