Senior Content Writer - newsletters (Richmond, VA)

Northwind Bridge Telecom Partners provides broadband and phone service around Richmond, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer tickets. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
