Foxglove Forge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Nashville design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
