Senior Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Fernwood Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Seattle area. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 364 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about attendance records. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
