Senior Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Lumen Keystone Legal Group is a Las Vegas practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 234 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing records. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
