Senior Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Greenridge Insurance is an insurance company in Madison with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
