Summit Mill Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on newsletters. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about branch operations. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
