Senior Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Redstone Lantern Insurance is an insurance company in Jackson with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
