Senior Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Cedar Clear Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Tulsa area, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
