Senior Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Bright Quill Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about account openings. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
