What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about treatment plant data. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
