Senior Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Rivermark West Energy is an energy provider in Cleveland focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about usage data. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
