Senior Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Foxglove Timber Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in San Jose. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on newsletters. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
