Senior Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Lumen Loom Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Houston, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 392 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
