Senior Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Harborlight Wilder Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
