Senior Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Clear Telecom and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. We invest in training. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
