Senior Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Amberfield Cross Banking Services is a regional lender in Orlando with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
