Senior Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Northwind West Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Philadelphia design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 462 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about accessibility audits. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
