Senior Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Bright Haven Learning Group is an education provider in Reno serving students and families, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Families are partners. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about learning materials. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
